As a Retention and Escalation
Specialist, you will:
Maximize customer retention by
demonstrating value in all our products and services and by adopting PandaPay’s

Perform proactive analysis to
identify at risk customers
Implement collection of feedback
from clients, partners and all other stakeholders for continuous improvement
Identify solutions to feedback
and trends that can lead to an increase in retention
Handle escalated customer service
requests and engage with customers and business partners to obtain final

Lead the resolution of complex
issues while keeping our customers updated every step of the way on the timing

Contribute to the documentation
